We have had several questions regarding the new update to Pet Portals.

If you have not logged in after the new upgrade, you will need to activate your account to make it compatible with the upgrade.

If you received an email with the link, please follow the instructions in the email.

If you did not, go to the top right corner of the Claremont Animal Hospital Website.

Click on "Get a Free Portal Today"

Click the "Activate" button on the left side of the page after entering your email address. You will receive an email with prompts to help you finish the activation process.
